Soaking in oatmeal and honey can calm frazzled nerves when feeling stressed. It can also soothe dry, itchy and inflammed skin such as poison ivy, eczema, psoriasis, etc.
Directions: Pour a handful or two in warm running bath water and soak 10-20 minutes.
