What country do you ship to?
We currently ship within the U.S. addresses . We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories or PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses.
Do you accept returns?
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or restock our natural skin and body care products due to the nature of the product. Our products are made after an order is processed to ensure freshness and quality. However, We will refund or replace your order if you received an incorrect order or damaged merchandise during delivery. Please note that we cannot accept unauthorized returns. Please contact us immediately if there is a problem with your order. You will be contacted with instructions for returning the products.
What is your policy concerning out of stock or discontinued items?
If an item is out of stock or discontinued, you will be notified within 24 hours after your order has been received. At that time, you can tell us if you still want the item, purchase another item in its place or cancel the item that was ordered.
